All web development will be hosted on the Department of Surgery web server at no additional cost. Applications and databases will similarly be installed and managed on Department servers or workstations.

Note that site and domain name restrictions may apply due to University, College and Departmental policy. For example, UF does not allow divisions to own a third level domain such as division.ufl.edu. The Department of Surgery owns the domain name "surgery.ufl.edu". We can therefor accommodate 4th level domains such as "division.surgery.ufl.edu".

Any applications developed remain the property of the Department and the University of Florida. Any transfer, sale or use of applications by entities other than the Department is subject to all applicable guidelines, rules and laws governing this type of transaction as set forth by the Department and the University.
