UF surgeons in the Woodward minimally invasive gastroesophageal and Bariatric service provide state-of-the-art minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of such disorders as: esophageal and stomach cancer, achalasia, gastroesophageal reflux (GERD), hiatal hernias, gastroparesis and obesity surgery. Having studied at some of the most prominent medical centers in the country, UF surgeons are at the forefront in their field, creating minimally invasive surgical techniques and treatments that are bringing significant advances to patient care.
